We’ve identified the root cause of the issue affecting one of our Kubernetes clusters. A temporary solution has been implemented, and pre-production applications have now been restored and are fully operational.
Our team continues to work on a permanent fix to prevent this issue from recurring. We’ll provide a further update once the long-term solution has been deployed.
We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our Kubernetes clusters, which has become temporarily inaccessible due to an unexpected problem. As a result, all pre-production applications provided by it are currently unavailable.
Our team is actively investigating the cause and working to restore access as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
