The root drive on the impacted server has been restored to a recent backup. The server is now responding as expected and is available with all services restored. There is no data loss from this downtime expected.

A corrupted kernel appears to have developed. Our team are working to restore a server image from last night, validate functionality and move the data from the existing server across.
